About the role
The Briley Team, the #1 real estate team in Nebraska for homes sold (RealTrends Verified), is hiring full-time real estate agents in Omaha, Lincoln and Council Bluffs. New, licensed-but-stuck and producing agents welcome; we also help people get licensed.
What you get: team leads worked by ISAs and AI, a transaction coordinator on every file, an operations manager, full-time marketing, professional photo and video, staging, a full-time accountability sales coach, a 90-day launch course, five live training sessions a week, Follow Up Boss CRM, and in-house mortgage, title and insurance.
What we expect: full time; in the office 9–4 Monday to Friday for your first 2 months; 2 hours of conversations a day; 2 closings a month and 1 open house a week; 4 months of income saved before starting.
Compensation: commission-based (independent contractor). Briley agents average 15+ closings a year.
Who this is for
- New or not yet licensed: we guide you through Nebraska's or Iowa's 96 hours and launch you with a 90-day program.
- Licensed but stuck: a confidential audit, a rebuilt pipeline and weekly accountability.
- Producing agents: hand off admin, marketing and file management so you can sell more.
